The Napa Valley Genealogical Society is dedicated to the promotion
of genealogical, historical, and biographical research, and the preservation of
family history. The library serves as a medium to share knowledge through workshops
and educational programs.



The NVGS is a 501(c)3
non-profit organization. If you would like to support the NVGS with a cash donation, or remember us in your estate planning, your donation is tax

   "The Basics of Genealogy"

will be offered at the library, 1701 Menlo Ave., on two Saturdays, October 25th and November 1st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Course fee $40 for non-members, $30 for members

Learn how to get started in Family History by using family sources, Genealogical software, and the Internet!

   Register in person Tuesday thru Thursday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

or by mail (include name, contact information, level of computer competency & fee)
